500 or more. I've tested this one with my old account. I made 2 hubs concentrating on the same keyword. The other one has about 300 words while the other one is above 600. Their traffic was about the same during the first week, about 30 views per day...However, the longer hub improved the week after and is now having an average view of 50 per day while the other barely makes 10 a day. With this new account, I decided to create hubs with more than 1000 words and it's looking good. Got 10k overall views in less a month and already earned about $30. Good luck!
Well, I don't know about a "good" hub but HubPages recommends 1500 words for a stellar hub.

How many words should an ebook have? For example if you are writing a non fiction book based on someones life. I know some are quite short, and others the length of a published novel, but what is acceptable? Thanks!

How many words should there be in a novel?I am 8,000 words into a novel, and look to top out around 60,000 I think. Is this too long, too short or what? I am thinking of going down the trad publisher route.

If a hub is well over 3,000 words should you divide it into several hubs?I'm talking about lots of quality information, not stuffed content here.
