I cannot start a new Hub on my phone nor tablet, has this been answered/covered already?
Also, I either don't have the "edit" option or I don't know how to do it. I only have limited time to access my laptop and would be great if I could perform these two tasks on my phone or tablet.
I think this question belongs to the forum, which is more dedicated to technical issues of the site. It would be good to provide more info: which tablet, operating system, browser, etc. This site is huge, it's alive and bugs are part of the whole story.
When you opened HubPages.com on your phone you're rendered with a mobile version of it. It goes same for the tablet. And also the edit option is not there at all. But you could simply do a hack, first you need to do is to click on the upper left ticker which opens option(saying profile, accounts, hubs, questions etc) scroll down and click on desktop website and then make sure you selected website preference on your browser as desktop! Then you're done. I would prefer a tablet more than a mobile for this procedure. But it works nearly fine on both. Hope it works for ya. Do tell me if it does.

Sometimes I stumble upon a HubPages request that could be answered by a Hub I've already written... but of course I couldn't submit another such Hub. There should be a way to use a Hub already made in order to answer a request.
