            Then some of these beautiful books mentioned may help. So anything is better than nothing but ultimately, we will need Yoga philosophy ... the spiritual life. Offer gratitude to God whatever happens. Do not expect from humans. We are weak and have our own struggles. Serve with your Heart. The psychic Heart. Increase the prayer and meditation. Drop the 'fillers' from your life. They will drain you. If you need help with meditation, then let me know. Finally, avoid the things that make you weak, but again grace is necessary for inner strength. Pray ardently. I send you my energy and Love. God speed!

      I agree with Manatita emphatically! The reason I say is a peek shows there are over 70,000+ possibilities. A peek at Amazon Self Help shows 28 categories with who knows how many in each one. Just go the link provided and select from the list on the left of the landing page.
      
      Maybe this will help Amazon Best Sellers in Self Help. Keep in mind those are Best Sellers and not best recommended. Again, there are those same categories.

      A thought to consider and not necessarily a truth for all is if feeling lost without direction first you have to know where you are to start the journey. I can't recommend a book, yet I would suggest a basic book on Health and Wellness.

   It will be helpful.
