   Vanita
   Your poem, "Rainbow Bridge" is a beautiful piece of work.
   It tells about a group of tourists who were in a boat between India & Bhutan.
   A rain shower quickly came upon them & left a rainbow before their eyes.
   
   Whenever they recall this moment they feel joy in knowing nature doesn't know man made boundaries.
   
   Then you describe the area & events depicted in this poem.
   
   Manas National Park ~ a wild life sanctuary in Assam, located at the Himalayan foothills.
   
   On your first visit as a tourist you witnessed the colorful rainbow, but your second visit you survived a close call with a vehicle almost hitting you.
   
   Then you took an elephant ride which I can't imagine.
   
   That alone would scare me. 
   
   Watching a deer after a tiger had attacked it.
   
   Oh my!  I'm so glad something good came out if this trip.
   Your poem "Rainbow Bridge."
   
   Vanita...
   This is quite the story which kept me glued to each word.
   
   I don't think I'd like to be in that wildlife sanctuary.  It's a bit too real.
   Glad you were all safe.

   Thanks, dear Brenda for sharing this post and for such wonderful elaborations. I love reading them.
   There are two wild life sanctuaries in Assam where elephant rides are there - Manas and Kaziranga. Any other means are not possible  as the jungle is dense. Only elephants can move around safely and easily.
   I have visited both these sanctuaries and taken elephant rides. It was a great experience !! At Kaziranga, we had seen a mother Assam Rhino (with a single horn on its nose) with her little baby. It was so cute !! Enjoying mother’s affection and moving around sweetly !!
   I will remember to send an email to you about posts on your word prompts, dear Brenda. I am yet getting used to the changes that have come up on HubPages.

      No problem abiut the emails.
      It seems like just when we get used to something...they change it.
      
      It's all good.
      
      I don't know about an Elephant ride...it has peaked my curiosity.
      
      Still think I'd be scared...we don't have jungles here.
