Umesh shows us the excitement of building a sandcastle & then the sadness of it's demise.

I can relate to a boy with the joy of building a sandcastle.
I'm a childlike boy trapped in a 67 year old body.
People asked why don't I get a real job.?Sandcastle job is more real than most people's Job.
They don't it make you sad to see a sandcastle destroyed?.
Everything in life and in nature  changes, and recycle back to us.

What is far worst is fast throw away synthetics  products and throw away relationship.

    Umesh
"The story of sand castle" shows us how a young child has excitement as he builds a sandcastle with his own hands.

He's so proud of it when it's completed, only to see the tide wash it away and transform it into a sand heap.

This is a great poem, but like you said in your introduction no matter how many plans we make destiny sometimes has something different in store for us.

I'll post a link in the word prompt article.

A very good response to Brenda's word prompt'Sand', Umesh. It brought back memories of my childhood when we used to have so much fun building sandcastles. You have compared it very well to the dreams and aspirations we have in life which get squashed by the harsh reality just like the waves wash away the castles we make in the sand. Thanks Brenda for sharing Umesh's work.

This is a wonderful poem of a child excited over their creation only to have their pride shattered by reality. Great work, Umesh.

Sandcastles are a fleeting thing of beauty as Umesh demonstrated in his poem.  It is also a good life lesson that we all need to learn.  Few things of a temporal nature are lasting. Thanks Brenda for sharing his post with us.
