    Mel Carriere always writes an interesting article about whatever book he has read on his meal break as a mail carrier in Colorado. This article is no exception as it is written with a bit of humor and sarcasm as usual.

      Yes, Mel's reviews are always edifying, interesting and entertaining. It's really interesting to find that he influenced Stephen King!

    I always love Mel's Lunchtime Lit reviews. This is no exception and it sounds like a book well worth reading, and that inspired other famous writers.

    The way Mel fleshed out this story, it makes me think he could write captivating stories of his own.  In lieu of that, reading his book reviews are fun.  Thanks Pamela for highlighting it.
