   Its been so long since I have written anything, everytime I get on hubpages I still cant think of anything to write about... Any suggestions?

      I read your profile and it says you work as a CNA in a nursing home  (? right?  my short term memory isn't that great..)
      
      How about writing a character sketch of one (or more!) nursing home residents or staff members.

   What you know.
   What you love.
   What you hate.
   What music makes you move
   Your favourite colour
   Childhood memories
   Your favourite food
   Your favourite vacation destination
   Your feelings on specific political issues (take the Arizona immigration law change as an example)
   
   If you know alot about a subject your words will flow, if you don't know, research the heck out of it, otherwise you will not come across as an authority or knowledgeable on the subject matter.
