My favorite barbecue cookbook is called, Born to Grill, by Cheryl and Bill Jamison. It is full of delicious recipes for meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, side dishes, deserts, and more. I haven't found a bad recipe yet. Give it a try!
Thai Satay Buffalo Wings
I love this dish. Its simple to do also. Get a skillet hot and put some olive oil in. When the oil starts to shimmer put your wings in and brown them on both sides.
Make a sauce with
1 cup honey,lemon zest, 2T satay sauce,2 tsp ginger, 1T cayenne pepper sauce. Brush on the wings and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. (Temp 165F) and serve with fried rice and pot stickers.
