   Fried calamari infused with hot cherry peppers and a drizzle of lemon juice. Then dip that in a cup of steaming hot marinara sauce. Heaven!

   I love jalapeno rolls--rice, kanikama crab, jalapenos, avocado, and cream cheese, tempura fried and drizzled with spicy mayonnaise. Amazing.

   I must say with a truthful answer that the best food I have ever eaten was a night when my husband and I made up this mountain of french fries, we covered it in chili, bacon bits, ranch dressing and 7 different kinds of cheese. It was absolutely amazing!

   Barbecue.  North Carolina barbecue is the best, with their sweet vinegary sauce.  South Carolina bbq is none too bad with their nice mustardy sauce, and Virginia 'q with their sweet sauce, and Kansas City 'q with their smoky sauce....  I could go on and on.  I love barbecue.  And ice cream.  But NOT bbq flavored ice cream

    love portion no. 9 chocolate, spanish rice with chicken gravy and some homemade ginger ale, shandy and beer, yummy and delicious.
