Use concentrated remover solution. This will make it easy to take off the wallpaper. Concentrated remover solution is available in most hardware stores. You may also need some tools such as broad knife. You may have to repaint the wall once the wallpaper is removed.
I have taken many layers of paper of with a mixture of 4 to 1 of vinegar and water, put in a spray bottle. You will need some clean water and clean rags to wipe up with ,wide putty knife
Lightly score the wall with a wide putty knife ,spray wall with vinegar mixture ( you need enough to make the moist ) allow to set for a few minutes .Then carefully scrape with putty knife. You may have to repeat this if your walls have more than one layer or were not properly treated before they were papered.
Before you paper or paint your wall make sure you wash it done with clear water ,then paint with a sealer .If you are the one who wants to repaper again the removal process will be so much easier.
