can an apartment leasing company have the right not to tell me why they won't renew my lease?
Regrettably both landlords and management companies do not have to renew your lease. They don't even have to give you a reason. As long as long as federal and state anti-discrimination laws are not violated, the leasing company has not done anything wrong.
