Do you have 'Preen' where you are? Use a bit of Preen soap and that should work.
Depends on the fabric, but having had to get grass stains out many many times?..I now use a white tooth-paste that you can buy at a dollar store if you have one near you...Just make sure it is white paste type tooth-paste, like Ultra Bright.
