How to remove a rusted screw?

I'm trying to remove a screw that is rusted and stripped. I've sprayed it with wd40 and tried pliers, but no luck getting it out. Any tips on how to get this screw out?

Do you have an easy out....here is one at amazon but you could probably buy one at your local hardware store. http://www.amazon.com/Easy-Out-Screw-Ex … B0002SDAIY

This looks seriously stuck. I don't
know that an OTC product will do. You probably will have to cut the head off; try a hacksaw. If that doesn't work, it may need to be tapped and extracted that way

You could try tightening a small locking pliers also known as a vise grips or mole grips onto the screw. If you can get a good grip on it and lock it tightly, you may be able to loosen it enough to use a screwdriver. Alternatively try to deepen the slot with the blade of a hacksaw. Alternatively if you can get it into position and there is no flammable material nearby, try using an angle grinder and grind away the head of the screw.
