An eye popping out. Or perhaps an unconscious fear of having your eye popped out. Sometimes a popped-out eye is just a popped-out eye.
Or maybe you have a secret desire to be Popeye.
Was spinach also involved?
It symbolizes that you rolled over & smacked your head on the bed post.
We have a saying in my language: "I was so ashamed, I blushed my eyes out of my head." I normally ask the person who wants to know how to interpret his dream: What is YOUR perception/interpretation of an eye popping out? Could it be that you are/were looking for something and it is in fact right before your eyes and you don't see it? Are/were you perhaps very surprise about something and spanning your eyes until it pops out? Are/were you, as I've mentioned in the beginning, ashamed of something and blushing your eyes out of their pockets? Did you perhaps see something you did not want to see, or should not have seen? (Past or present and seldom future, because the brain is like the stomach, digesting what is already in it. Predictions via dreams are rarities, though possible in certain cases.) Every individual interpret things his/her way, and it is important for the dreamer to know his interpretations, because it will definitely pop up in his dreams instead of the real thing - as the interpretation is what the subconscious mind normally register as a link.
