The answer to this question depends on a number of factors. You will need to, first speak with your loan officer to determine how much the loan will cost. Will you be paying for discount points to get the loan? With regard to the actual purchase, the facts to consider are too numerous to respond to the question with any kind of answer that can be relied upon. Your best bet is to sit down with your real estate agent and have them draw up a Buyer's Net Sheet that correlates with the offer you intend to place on the home.
