What is the easiest and quickest way to remove a popcorn textured ceiling?
My husband JUST finished removing the popcorn texture from our living room ceiling...he's also done a few other rooms in the past. The technique he uses is to spray water on the ceiling, using one of those pump weed sprayers. After it sits a few minutes, he uses a scraper and it scrapes off pretty easily...sure is messy, though
)
