SponsoredTweets Will Pay YOU to Send Tweets

Twitter is the hottest social media site right now. It's a micro-blogging platform that answers the question: What are you doing? Using Twitter is a great way to network with people that are in the same niche. Twitter helped me increase my subscribers, enroll more members in my text ad exchanges and get more signups to my businesses. It has also helped me make money with SponsoredTweets.

Before Twitter became a household name, companies were already looking at ways to monetize it. Guess what? Companies have found ways to monetize the twitter stream. I've tried several of the companies, but sponsoredtweets is the most lucrative so far. SponsoredTweets pays an established amount per tweet. Who determines the amount? Well, you do. They give you a suggestion, but you can certainly ask for more or less. When you register on SponsoredTweets, you are given a choice of categories to choose from. Those categories should describe the type of tweets you send out. This is how advertisers find tweeters to sponsor. Try to be as specific as possible. You only have 4 choices, so pick your categories wisely.

What do you need to qualify for SponsoredTweets?

  1. You need to have a Twitter account that is at least 60 days old.
  2. You must have tweeted a minimum of 100 times.
  3. You must have at least 100 followers.

How can one make money using Twitter and Sponsored Tweets?

  1. You can get paid by advertisers to tweet an ad.
  2. You can refer Tweeters to earn 10% of their earnings or Advertisers to earn 5% of each transaction they make.

When I first started I asked for over $26.00 per tweet. Several advertisers purchased tweets and I was able to receive payment soon after. Payments can be withdrawn once your funds equal $50.00 or more. They have a rule that the cpc of the tweet be a minimum of $1.50. If it doesn't reach that amount, you must rewrite the ad and retweet it. This may happen no more than twice. If after the third tweet, your cpc doesn't reach $1.50, you receive the funds in your account 2 hours later. My tweets were not reaching the $1.50 until the 2nd or 3rd tweet. So I decided to lower my asking price to get more offers. I was experimenting to see if I got more offers thereby increasing my overall earnings. (It didn't work out that way, so I'm going to increase the amount closer to my initial price). Checkout the screenshot of my Sponosred Tweets earnings.

Now that you know how making money with Twitter using SponsoredTweets works, I know you realize that tweeters with more followers make more money. I hope you didn't think I was just going to leave you trying to figure out how to increase your followers. I'm going to give you a few of the sites and methods I used to increase my followers to 14,578. Just follow the links below and take action. If you don't take action, nothing is going to change.

I hope you find this article helpful. Feel free to add me supermom_in_ny on Twitter. I'm on twitter most of the day, since I work online. Don't hesitate to send me a direct message or tweet @supermom_in_ny . Social media is about interaction, so say hello!
