how do i check on a claim already made
home owners insurance for hail damage an floor damage i recieved one check week ago but not the other
The cheque you will have received ought to have said what it was for and when you can expect the other to arrive. Can you not ring up and ask them what is going on? All insurance companies have to adhere to FSA guidelines (if in UK) which means that a claim and any payments need to be settled within 3 months.
