Can I file a new claim with unemployment against my previous employment when this claim exhausts?
I have been on New Jersey Unemployment since March of 2009. I was laid off from the company that acquired the assets of the company I worked for when they went bankrupt. I had been working at the new company for 3 yrs, but I worked at the old one for approximately 15 yrs.
