environment for me and the company has not given me the pre approved raise (after 5 mos.) and has not kept their end of the agreement to give me 40 hrs. with no more than 2 nights can I leave and collect unemployment. I am truly afraid to work there at night. I was robbed at gunpoint shortly after transferring.
don't risk your life for something like that....not worth it.
Explain to the management about your traumatic experience on that particular place. If they won't consider it, find another work. Don't risk your life. Start on searching right now for better work before you leave your company.
