I am a 24 yr college student who paid tuition and living expenses (rent & utilities) out of pocket
this past year. I work two jobs part time jobs and neither job takes taxes out since I am paid in the form of a stipend. I also paid on my student loan debt last year and received the paperwork from Sallie Mae for filing purposes as well as the 1099 from my school. My question is do I need to or can I file taxes I made roughly 4,500 last year?
