How long do I have to hold items I sold and was already paid for before I can do something with them
I live in Oklahoma and I have a question about some items that are in my garage that I sold to a man but he only took a small trailer load and said he would be back 2 days later to get the rest. He paid me in full for everything so I said that would be fine. Well he never came back and never called. I tried calling his number but it said it was disconnected. Now it's been about a month and the stuff is still in my garage. I desperately need to get it out of there. The whole purpose of me selling the stuff was to clear out my garage for the space. I would say you can try to sell them again. You had a verbal contract, and he broke it. However, if he does contact you again, depending on the circumstances, you might want to consider giving him a partial refund on what he didn't take if you do sell it to someone else.
