    I try to participate in the hub process by trying to leave quality and useful comments on other hubbers work.  In addition, answering questions gets me noticed by fellow hubbers.

    Breathing,

    One tip that never fails is to find hubs that are of interest to you and post meaningful and useful comments.

    Avoid posting generic comments like: (great post, that's a good idea, etc.).

    Give some quality information on the topic, and this will make people pay attention to what you have to say.

    In other words, you would become an 'authority figure', and most people reading the comments will click through to see what else you have to say on different subjects.

    Those ideas are good ones.  You should also try to give your hub a practical name and not necessarily a creative one.  This will help your hub pop up more when others are using search engines to look for things on the topic you wrote.

    There has been a hub written by someone that gives tips on things like this too.  Try searching hubpages for it.

    The best way is to increase your Hub activity.Follow some popular hubbers, comment more on hubs, reply to them who are commenting on your hub,join forum,answers. As much as you will be active on hubpages, the probability will increase to have more follower.
