Who is more dishonest? Why or Why not?
Are poor people more dishonest attempting to get ahead or are more rich people dishonest in attempting to remain or grow their riches?
A person who is dishonest in his personal life can be excused or at least tolerated. For example if a person cheats his wife and has an affair with some other women, it affects only his family. But if a person is dishonest in public life, it affects the entire nation. If a politician swindles millions of dollars and deposits it in his Swiss Bank, the entire nation is robbed. Such a person should be shot dead and his body should be thrown in the sea. Such people are the real dishonest people.
The question as to dishonesty and wealth are totally separate from each other in any context. One has got nothing to do with the other. Honesty or dishonesty is a choice. Wealth ..oh so many definitions of it, but if you meant, material wealth as in money, possessions, etc, well, one can just be born to it or inherit it. The have do not have anything to do with each other.
I do not understand your question.
