As it said that throughout the whole of recorded history, there are only about 5 days were there hasn't been a conflict somewhere in the world, we must of all lived though a war time. Maybe the conflict is not where we live, but there is a war going on somewhere. Or do you really mean - Have you lived in an area that was in the state of warfare?
Well, there are always wars going on. I've lived through the Gulf War. We have been through the attacks on Libya and in Afghanistan. As for actually experiencing war and being involved, I have no idea!
