Does Ashok Leyland has the potential to reach 150 in the next 5 yrs or so?
I have purchased a few shares of AL @ Rs.27.75/-. Can anyone tell will it yield good results in the long run?
This is difficult question, i don't think it will reach 150 in next five years, yes it can be in the range of 50 to 70 rupees. It has seen low of 7.75 rupees in 2009 and then gone up very fast, this is real issue for long term appreciation. Looking at present valuation which is already more than three times of 2009 lows, I think the present value already has factored long term appreciation in it. It will not go anywhere above 50 in near term of three years and 70 rupees in long term looking at market conditions and slowing Indian economy.
