    How to capture time in the format HH:MM:SS in the google spreadsheet?

    I have captured the time using 'ctrl + shift + ;" shortcut key however the return value does not give 'seconds'. While the hour and minute is captured correctly, the seconds is always shown as zero. Can someone help me with this.
