    Which is better?

Which is better, you think, a health insurance or a long term care insurance? Or life insurance? Either which, those are not very cheap so I am seriously considering which among the three is best.

They all serve a different purpose.  There really is no better or worse.  What matters is your situation.  In most cases life insurance is only necessary if there are dependents.  You would have no reason to buy life insurance if you are young, single, and have no kids or anyone else who depends on you.   And if you do have a need for life insurance, term coverage can typically be obtained very inexpensively.

Health insurance is a must for all of us for obvious reasons.

Long term Care is typically not written below certain ages, and is somewhat of a controversial topic.  Some people are better off self insuring.  Others will never be able to afford it.  And many insurers are leaving the LTC business because it is a difficult type of coverage to project for an actuary.  In general, LTC is something that is best addressed in your 40's or very early 50's.
