Forgive my ignorance on this, but under my Earnings it states that my PayPal Account is associated
with my email address. I do not remember when signing up giving any bank information out, but I may have and have just forgotten since it was over a year ago, but when you are paid, does HP just send an email as to the amount and that is when one gives the bank account number? Now, I do know I have a PayPal Account as I receive emails from PayPal. I want to participate in the Hub Pot Challenge and wanted to make sure everything was activated. It said that my affiliate code was not, so I activated that now, and all others are activated already. Thank you for answering.
No bank information is asked for because your Paypal account already has that covered. If you reach the fifty dollar threshold amount it will be put in your Paypal account for you to do with as you wish. Good luck.
Oh, thank you so much dear Diana. I appreciate you taking the time to get that clear in my mind! Have a great day!
Hi Faith, I believe that Diana Lee is right in her answer. Please remember to go into PayPal directly and not by using any links that they send via email. Sometimes there are copy cat sites that try to emulate PayPal and trick you into giving out info. It's advisable to go to Google and just type in PayPal. That way you're always sure.
Best of luck on the HubPot Challenge.
Peg
Oh wow, dear Peg, THANK YOU as I am clueless as to all of this and have never even clicked on my earnings page on HP until today and noticed I was not active on the affiliate page when I thought I was! Plus with gmail, I ato just get on promptions!
When you created your PayPal account they setup the banking/routing information and they test it by withdrawing $0.15 then putting it back in your Bank account.
Think of PayPal as an online Bank.
When HubPages pays you they send the money to PayPal via your e-mail address and you have to go to your PayPal account and transfer the monies to your bank account. Or if you purchase items online you can use the monies from your PayPal account to pay for those items.
Oh, Thank you so much dear Shyron! I am learning ore and more with each comment. I appreciate the details. God bless
Yes I knew it was through PayPal but wow surely you would have made $50 by now? Maybe you should check this out with the powers that be, whether money is your objective or not, it make no sense. Maybe you should check with your bank first to see if there has been any activity in your PP account?
Thanks Jackie, I have not been concerning myself with it, but it said under earnings something about over 82,000 or more clicks? I do not know what that means lol as far as earnings? Maybe nothing. Lol

I'm getting tired of seeing that I've earned a little money (okay, very little money) every month, being told that I do have an Adsense account AND my Hubpages posts are linked to Paypal, yet I don't get any deposits.I thought for sure I'd find an answer to this issue in the forums, but I haven't...

I saw a solicitor today to write a new Will, which focussed my mind on what will happen to ongoing earnings after my death. Can my Executors have my hubpages account transferred to my beneficiaries? If so, what is the procedure.

I had earning a long time ago but, somehow, they disappeared. I am a computer dummie so I gave up trying to figure out how to get it back. The first two times were very difficult and twice is quite enough -- so I have no account and I no longer make a dime (I did get two payments over the years,...

When does HubPages pay a person? How exactly does it work?I have 50 plus dollars, I'm just wondering how all this works or how they pay you - I'm new to the whole process and am excited to actually have earned something from my writing.

How do I get my earnings put into my PayPal accountI've looked in faq and the learning center and can't find the answer. I have a large enough balance to get a pay out. Nothing has ever gone into my PayPal, so it must not happen automatically.
