First of all,  30 million dollars is a huge amount and it has to be used prudently.

I would first buy property say, land,a penthouse apartment etc ,  secondly buy insurances and invest in shares and thirdly donate the rest of my money for charity.

First, I'd pay off my mortgage, and a little bit of debt I have left from a medical disaster. Maybe replace my 16 year old truck. Put a little bit away so I can retire. I don't really need much. I like living a nice, quiet life.

Then, I'd start spreading the love.

I have a group of artist friends that I know through talking online and on Skype, but we've never all been in the same place at the same time. I'd like to gather us all in one place for a week.

I have a friend who runs an animal rescue who is always having to ask for help. I've always wanted to plunk down a big pile of cash, to take that burden off her.

I have another friend whose dream is to start her own restaurant, so I'd like to give her those funds, with no strings, to take the worry out of having to pay back loans.

Another friend put everything she had into raising two beautiful children, and as long as I've known her, she's been wanting to replace the windows in her house, but things for her kids (and now grandkids) keep coming up. I'd like to send a crew to her house, and have them do the job.

So, I guess I'd use most of that money to make other people's lives a little easier.

I would certainly not want so much money.  Too much is as bad as too little.  Still, there are many, many people who could do with a bit more money, so I have no problem with winning such a sum.
What fun, to be able to share!
I would of course, do all the usual things, like update my house, car wardrobe, maybe even have a holiday.  Set up trusts for my children and my grandchildren.
Sprinkle some to other friends and family members, then set out on a mission that is close to my heart.
Build a number of small residences to house those who find it difficult or impossible to rent, and set it out so that there is a misxof singles and marrieds, young and old to create a neighborhood.
No doubt, by then I would have found other worthy issues that I would want to assist.
After that there is a world of peoples who are not only poor, but have such a slim chance of ever escaping the drudgery of extreme poverty.  Wouldn't I love to be able to assist a few groups, and know that there will be some who will go on to help others too.
To be able to do all that, would be like heaven on earth to me.
