Christine has written an interesting article about stocking up on groceries to save money. While her method is not for everyone, art is a very interesting article.

      Hi Christine!
Nice article with useful tips and suggestions. I am sure this will be helpful to many.
I do my planning beforehand, when I go to shopping. Otherwise, there can be some unnecessary purchases.
Thank you for sharing this well written article.

    Pamela...
Thanks for bringing this one to our attention.
    It's a great article.

    Christine
I remember doing this for years.
I would even give other shoppers in line my coupons if I had no need  for them...like the ones the dollar store would give for spending like $25.00 on a certain day.

I don't stock up as much now, but there are times I wish I did.

Just all that running from store to store is a bit much.  I try to get everything I need a one or two stores.

Plus...you got to gave room to store everything.

    Thanks for the write.

I have quite  a bit of storage space. I am at my limit though. Plus I think anything more would probably be hoarding. And I'm just trying to save money

Growing one's food is certainly an advantage.   Buying items on sale and in bulk is always a money saving idea if one has the proper amount of storage.  Thanks for sharing Christine's tips with us, Pamela.

Thanks for posting this Pamela. I have read this article with great interest. I am always keen to get a bargain, but this is a very organised money-saving scheme.

Some good tips here Christine. $250 per month for four people seems incredible!

Living in the UK, I spend around £150 (about $200) a month on just two of us (& a cat), and I consider myself quite frugal.
