Donald Trump complains that he looks like "the biggest celebrity in the world" or something!    Being a president is more than being cool. If he did more then spend our tax dollars like it was nobody's business, then him being cool wouldn't be an issue. He's hoping him being "cool" will get him the youth vote.

   2 million jobs LOST under Obie's watch, he saved the UNIONS at General Motors. Their products are rated at the bottom in owner satisfaction. He increased the deficit by 3 trillion dollars, He's only "cool" to mind numb robots. And I thought Bush was bad, This clown is worse.

      Anyone who bases a like or dislike of a president based on his "cool" factor has no credibility with me. I am also not sure why the race thing keeps coming up in the posts. I have not read anything about an attack on any race. Very odd to me.

       The economy collapsed because the Housing Market bubble burst. The Bush Administration tried to investigate Fanny Mae/Freddie Mac in 2004 and was blocked by the Democrats who wrote the "fair" housing laws giving loans to people who couldn't pay.

   Any President in office at the time Bin Laden was found had a really simple choice to make: order him to be taken out or bury the fact that he was found at all. Any other choice would be the end of that person's Presidency. Obama didn't get bin Laden, Navy SEALS got bin Laden upon orders from the Department of Defense with the okay from Obama.
   
   He didn't save GM, he saved the unions and purchased a failing company with our money.
   
   He's used our money to fund speculative green energy firms which supported his election and have since gone bankrupt.
   
   Obamacare is based on the concept that the federal government can order you to purchase something you may not wish to purchase.
   
   Job numbers aren't going up! They're using shady counting and hiding the fact that many people have given up looking for work and have fallen off the unemployment lists. Where does that leave them? Oh, on Welfare, thus beholding to the government for their survival.
   
   I don't want or need a President who is cool or loved or appreciated. I want one who is competent for the job, who is loyal to this Nation and its peoples, loves what is great about this Nation, and puts Americans and American Ideals first. (The intent of Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution.)
   
   I want a Leader not an Organizer! I want a Capitalist not a Marxist!

   I don't think he's hot at all, but that's my opinion.  I also think that a President should not be slumming on late night television talk shows.  It's just not "presidential" to do that and it cheapens the status of the position.  Again, that's my opinion.  I also believe that whenever the National Anthem is being played that the President of that country should have enough respect for his/her own country  to put his/her hand over his/her heart.  Again, that's just my opinion.  (There's video on YouTube that shows this if you don't believe me.) 
   
   How well he's doing depends on one's opinion on unneeded entitlements such as the Obama phone as an example, and world views.  There are reasons why Osama Bin Laden had not been assassinated (and that's exactly what that was) previously.  Do you honestly think that the most intelligent and strongest military in the world didn't know where he was for all those years?  It was the right, safe time to do what needed to be done so the Navy Seals did what they were ordered to do.  Obama just gave the order to do it.
   
   As far as the comment on insurance, where is disability and retirement insurance mandatory and who are they mandatory for?  Cite your source please because that sounds a bit unbelievable to me.  Car insurance is mandatory only IF you own a car and drive it which is a personal choice to do so.  People who don't own cars and don't drive aren't forced to buy the insurance for one.  With ObamaCare, every citizen in the United States, whether they think they need it or not, will be FORCED to buy a service or be penalized for it.  Totally not the same thing or even close.
   
   Personally I think he's one of the worst Presidents we have ever had, but again, that's just my opinion.

   In a court of law, that would be designated as a leading question. And in order for an attorney to ask a person sitting on the witness stand such a question, he/she would have to ask the judge for permission to treat that person as a hostile witness.
   
   That said, I was born, raised and spent about half of my adult life in South-Central Los Angeles, and way back in the day when I was a youngster, I was a gang member and a "low rider."
   
   And for the past 30 years, I have been residing in Spanish Harlem, New York City, where I hang out and roll with a whole lot of real hip blacks and Boricuas (Puerto Ricans).
   
   So, because of my history and background, I know "cool" when I see it, and Obama ain't "cool." He's nothing  but a lame little home boy who tries to act "cool."
   
   In fact, if Obama were "cool," he would not even be president -- and that is because intelligent and smooth men who are truly "cool" always avoid taking on jobs that they unqualified for.

   I just don't like his whole attitude; the way he swaggers. He has to realize that when he stands with his head held high and says, " I was voted the first black president", that was not where his job ended , but where it began. Now it was time to put up or shut up and he hasn't done either.  Besides, the words "cool" and "Harvard" cannot be used in the same sentence.

   Super cool, I think, is relative. I believe he's doing these talk shows and singing R&B songs to get the votes of the people who see him and think 'man, that dude's cool, I'm going to vote for him' instead of the ones who take the time to understand the successes and failures of his presidency and his stance on the current issues at hand.
   
   I'm not going to say whether or not I think he is a good president or even a good presidential candidate, mainly because I do not feel like getting attacked in a public forum simply because my beliefs may differ from someone else's. I find that sad and a horrible commentary on our society as a whole. There's no such thing as a 'friendly debate' anymore. Anybody can dig up specific facts to support their theories and ignore the ones that don't. The truth is, many people can no longer agree to disagree anymore. The only opinions that are valid are the ones that agree with their own.

    It is wrong because he is the president. His job is to take care of the our country and all the issues that come with it. That is the most important job there is and it should be taken seriously and with the upmost respect. Obama does not seem to take much about being the leader of a world power very seriously.He is more concerned with golf games, vacations and acting more like a celebrity. I am not sure he really understands or cares about his reponsibilites. If I wanted a movie star to run the country there are a ton of people to choose from in the loony bin we call Hollywood. You are right, few presidents can be super cool dudes and highly intelligent leaders. Obama is neither of these.

    Nothing except that that is all he has going for him, besides being a wonderful father and husband. He is smart but his political ideology that is predicated on the government controlling every aspect of society is dangerous and against the principles of Liberty. President Obama is only a super cool dude because his minions in the mainstream media portray him that way so that the mindless idiots who worship celebrities become devoted fans and voters. He's a good guy but very misguided in his interpretation of the constitution and his vision of the future of our great nation.
