Berlusconi has put himself forward as candidate for president in Italy. Will he have a chance knowing that members of his party protest against him and his history as president?
Why not? I imagine there are many people in Italy who would vote for him based on his, er, entertainment value alone. "He might be a sleaze bag, but at least he's not a boring sleaze bag!"
