According to the Independent, Rupert Murdoch and Wendy Deng are to divorce. Why now? Is this just the end of a marriage, naturally? Or, given that she was required to sign a pre-nup, and that Rupert has a few uncomfortable months in the future (hacking trial, trouble in the US, etc. etc) the perfect time for her to leverage a very handsome settlement, given all that she may, or may not, know about him?
