years? Why? Why not? Or do YOU think that conservatism will eventually die out in American society? Rather yet, do YOU feel that conservatism as we know will morph or evolve into a new contextuality?
I don't think that conservatism will die out as it is a necessary balance to excesses on the other side. It is just too many of these people who seem to be steroids right now. I think that all the 'hard right' stuff will fall into greater disfavor. Conservatism will survive only if it moves more toward the center. A center right verses a center left may be more sustainable into the future.
