Judge Napolitano: New evidence will lead DOJ to Hillary Clinton indict

Judge Andrew Napolitano said, “The significance is an FBI acknowledgement that Huma Abedin, Mrs. Anthony Weiner, when she had a top security clearance as the number two assistant to Hillary Clinton when Hillary was Secretary of State, regularly sent copies of sensitive material to her own laptop so she could look at it at night, either knowing or forgetting that her husband had access to it as well.”

Napolitano said this gives insight into the State Department’s casual approach to top secret documents under Hillary Clinton.

“This, yet again, shows the culture in the Hillary Clinton State Department of a cavalier attitude about the handling of government secrets.  It also shows the FBI awareness of it.  It also shows the president’s frustration with it when in a tweet this morning he said ‘there she goes again, crooked Hillary, Jim Comey let her off the hook again.’  Something I profoundly agree with him on.”

Will President Trump make the call to indict?
Or, is he going to cover up for Hillary too?

The God Thor would never cover up for Hillary. He is on the right spiritual side. His close spiritual advisors, the ones he regularly consults, would not allow him to do the corrupt act of covering up for Hillary. He was chosen by God to save us. How can you even suggest such a thing?

First, its not really Trumps place to keep calling for the Clintons to be investigated, it is the job for others to call for and appoint a special prosecutor, like Mueller who is 'investigating' into Trump.  Just like his successor James Comey, then Attorney General and now special counsel, Robert Mueller, actively covered for crimes conducted by Clinton via her infamous Clinton Foundation while SoS.

Mueller dismissed repeated “pay-to-play” accusations that both Bill and Hillary Clinton were the recipients of tens of millions of dollars in “donations” that were really disguised payments for things like selling uranium to the Russians.

Instead of allowing for Mueller to continue to 'investigate' into Trump, he should be being investigated for his crimes in covering up for the Clintons.  This is a prime example of the need for the swamp to be drained, we have a life long establishment criminal as a special prosecutor investigating the President, whom he has bias against, and conflict of interest.

Mueller closed numerous criminal investigations related to the alleged crimes against the Clintons, in the process providing no recommendations as to criminal indictments.  We need someone investigating him, and removing him as special prosecutor.

As for any motive on Trump's part not to be pushing for a investigation... the fact that she might actually try to run again in 2020 would be enough reason not to.  If there is anyone that would be certain to ensure Trump's re-election, it would be Clinton running again against him.

The evidence is mounting and now people can see that the FBI knew it, as if we didn't know before. Mueller must be a kingpin, because he has no credibility to be investigating anything.  He is just another Clinton fixer, and much more.  He and his ilk need to be removed from offices they serve in.

I like what "Lionel", Michael William Lebron, had to say.

"Shadow government and deep state are both political terms in a sense, as they’re used to define the groups of people who control the U.S. government. I’m not referring to the people within political parties that perceivably control the system — not the Presidents or Congress — but the individuals and the companies who control the government and influence policies and decisions.

The very definition of the shadow government lies within the term itself; it’s the real government entity that hides within the shadows, making all of the important decisions in secret. Their political agenda and true motives are completely hidden from the public. These aren’t the people you see on mainstream media, nor are they the people you vote for; they’re the individuals who lurk in the shadows, which is precisely how they’re able to maintain control over the population, feeding the illusion of democracy.

The term deep state refers to “a state within a state,” a group of people who have so much control inside of a state that they don’t actually have to abide by the same laws, largely because they’re the ones creating them. The deep state can even include elements of the government, including the Pentagon, which has acted immune to many laws. Up until this year, for instance, they had never been audited, despite the fact that this is illegal and an astounding $10 trillion in tax payer money had gone completely unaccounted for since 1996."

In this case, following it has been made easy with the likes of Clinton Cash.

Funny to hear what leftards logic is like, it is nonsense.

"Former President Obama’s Attorney General said that renewed scrutiny into how former FBI Director James Comey handled the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email is a not an issue because he thinks Comey is an “honest” person.

Eric Holder made the statement in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper which focused on Comey’s decision to draft a letter exonerating Clinton before the FBI even interviewed her in 2016.

“You can make determinations about where an investigation is likely to go before you actually speak to the subject of that investigation,” Holder said.

President Donald Trump sparked the CNN interview after he tweeted several times about the issue on Wednesday after the FBI confirmed that it was true.

            watch the video here – http://www.dailywire.com/news/22502/wat … n-saavedra

What? Huh? lol  Just because Holder thinks something is true....

I think there are those on both sides that can't see a truth that paints 'their side's' key political figures in a bad light.

I'm sure they have a term for those who are in denial of reality that they don't want to accept, it slips my mind at the moment, but its a very real part of how many people construct their reality.

Many who invested into Hillary Clinton their hopes and expectations latch on to any and every excuse that the 'election was stolen'  or that 'the Russians hacked the election'  while ignoring all evidence to the corruption and criminal acts she was involved in as SoS...or just the lack of decency and decorum she often had exposed.

Insulting those people, or even engaging in a debate with those who wantonly or willfully refuse to accept obvious facts/truths is not worth the effort.

Real value in correspondence here, and anywhere else, comes from enlightening and informing those who are open minded and willing to consider new facts, and new information.  The best thing to do with those who cannot see or discuss new facts or evidence, is to simply ignore them. And interact only with those who can maintain a civil and open-minded discussion with you on subjects.

I appreciate the help... I don't think that quite covers what I was looking for.  When we are faced with information that is too uncomfortable to accept, we reject this information outright or we minimize its importance. This is the psychological defense mechanism known as denial.

However there is something more than denial, that I can't remember, we resort to denial to avoid cognitive dissonance, when faced with new information that challenges our worldview, or when we hold beliefs that are contradictory to known facts.

Something created to mitigate the cognitive dissonance caused by the disconfirmed belief, alright, I am giving myself a headache trying to figure it out, but thank you for the aid in answering it.

Dream on. You boys and girls of the right have had over 4 decades to nail Hillary to the cross. But, you really are not too intelligent are you? MI6 has already publicly stated that the DNC was NOT the FIRST to pay for that Steele Dossier. It was a as yet unnamed Republican who paid for it when he was running against Trump.

Once Trump was the front runner, this "unnamed" Republican turned the dossier over to the DNC. Why? It proves that whomever this Republican is, you dolts of the right miss the real facts:
. This Republican out of all of the others running against Trump, had access to international contacts and the MI6.
. This Republican hated Trump enough to sabotage him and hand over the dossier to the DNC to "get even."
. This Republican had to have a "name" the MI6 would never question.

So, No. Hillary WILL never be indicted for doing what ALL politicians always do...dig up dirt on their opponents.

However, there is one other fact you right wingers need to face before you waste more of our tax dollars on another Hillary Witch Hunt:
Whomer the Republican was who handed over the dossier to the DNC did it in October 2016. according to FBI records. That's how the FBI got involved. So the FBI already was aware of the dossier.

Tell us oh geniuses, why didn't the DNC use that against Trump? Not one word of it came out until 2017 when the FBI discovered so much of that dossier was accurate.

Sorry you don't get to indict Hillary unless you want to first indict the Republican involved long before the DNC.

If I can take evidence and put it in your face in a court of law and the court says you are a liar because you deny, lie and call an apple a banana, do I get to remind you who is the biggest liar the world has ever seen?

So, tell us. How about that Obama wiretapping Trump Tower? How about that Nude porn model first trash? If these are your morals, ethics and values, all you fakers do is prove how very low in the swamp you swim.

Minds like yours are a great thing to waste. Trump is going down. The CIA, Mi6 and FBI ALL have evidence that most of what Steele wrote in that dossier including Trump's sexual deviancies are TRUE. They already have 7 Russian brothel babes just dying to get in on the act.

You really do stretch truth and hard evidence, don't you? Is that because guys like you are also the ones who when women tell you "NO!" loud and clear, you hear "YES?"

Huma Abedin was married to a man who was a sexual predator. Like most male sexual predators, they just can't keep from bragging about their oversized "bananas." So, Weiner tried that too, not realizing that according to all NY court accounts (which a Russian troll farmer like you has no access to), he was not speaking to an underaged girl, but a NYPD female cop.

You want to tell us how you can demonize his wife when she wasn't the one who stole her own cell phone when Weinee's computer was confiscated as evidence by the NYPD? You don't very much do you? You hate that I do. But then, I grew up with your Lard Butt in chief on the front covers of NY papers since he was expelled twice from two military schools.

You boys just don't learn do you? As for Huma Abedin's role in your Hillary Clinton fetish, she was on Hillary's staff. You know? Like Flynn the military Russian agent was, like Manafort, the Russian agent was and like that incestuous Iskanka and her transgendered husband are.

So banana, let's see you try to reproduce. Oh no. Wait. That would mean another Hillary hater with NO facts you can prove in a court of law ...right rightie?

Hey it's clear that Gowdy is wasting YOUR tax dollars yet again. Who do you think you wingers are fooling with this? The first one to get their syrupy mitts on that dossier was a Republican. Now what have you to say about that?

We already know that Hillary was cleared. We also know why Loony Nunes and Godawful Gowdy are suddenly resurrecting this BS. It's to take the heat off themselves. Cotton, Grassyboy, Cornball, Ryan and McConman all got in on the take when Trump made that $100 million campaign donation to the RNC with Russian money Trump laundered.

Do  you actually have an ounce of honesty? Tell us. Your fetish about Hillary. Does it include the fact that WikiLeaks STOLE DNC emails and then your GOP then candidate told the whole world he hoped "Russia leaks the Clinton emails."

Funny thing about personal servers and personal emails Donny Jr. told Lavrov he wanted to get his mitts on. If Hillary IS guilty of anything, so is Donny Jr. and so is Kushy boy.

How is your bunch of bananas going to wipe the schmutz off their faces when it comes out that Hillary's emails are not an indictable offense but Trump trying to replace attorneys handling cases against him in FL and 2 NY districts is an indictable offense.

Trump is going down, down, down, down. Bad Boy Bannon thinks he will reinvent the Republican Party so Trump can be the LAST and ONLY US president like Putin? Think again Joy Boy.

Why is anybody still concerned with Hillary's emails? The government's own employee database was hacked.  So was everybody on a major credit bureau.   Was hers?  What difference does it make now? (To quote an appropriate phrase.)  You are concerned about Hillary being too casual with email.  Trump and his cronies are being proven to have committed treasonous acts.  Can you tell the difference of scale between those two things?
