Office of the Secretary: Evaluation of Email Records Management and Cybersecurity Requirements

This is huge! I'm going through the report right now.

The report says: "Secretary Clinton should have preserved any Federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary. At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."

All they need to do is serve her with a criminal indictment and she won't be able to run for president.  Its up to the Democrats right now as to who will be their nominee. This is uncharted territory. I hope they will decide on a criminal view and not a political view like I think they will.

Obama's DOJ most likely will not prosecute.
Then, Joe Biden would be the nominee?
What is the criminality of it?

Hillary ordered 32,000 emails wiped out against the advice of her own staff (to their credit).

This is the "Security Review" Hillary was talking about (State Dept.).
The FBI investigation on Hillary is a criminal investigation.
Hillary seems to think she is above the law. May justice be served.
The power structure literally are soiling themselves right now!

What's even worse the liberal media hardly mensioned the  very damming  report.  I have been around for all the Clinton's law breaking, sex scandals, him almost being impeached. They continue to lie when needed, she most certainly took money for favors from just about every middle east country while she was Secretary Of State. What makes me sad is we have people that either don't really know  her history or just do not care. This country is already in a mess, I can't even imagine what it would be if she became president.

Looks like this will be an easy walk to the White House for Donald Trump. Unless of course Bernie Sanders is nominated and runs against him.

    1. colorfulone profile image79
colorfuloneposted 7 years agoin reply to this

Matt, I hope you are right about that walk being made easier for Trump.  People should be able to know the facts and then make their own decision on Hillary's trustworthiness.

"The depositions permitted by the Court are limited in scope, but relate to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's email practices during her tenure at the State Department," the judge wrote. "The public has a right to know details related to the creation, purpose and use of the clintonemail.com system. Thus, the transcripts of all depositions taken in this case will be publicly available. It is therefore unnecessary to also make the audiovisual recording of Ms. Mills' deposition public."

I'm not an expert on the details of this story, but watched a report on this last night and the upshot is she did not commit a crime.  Doesn't make it okay, just saying you can't prosecute for something that isn't a crime.

That is the running commentary and as having sex in the Oval Office bathroom is not illegal it does show a pattern of stupid judgement in which these two get themselves entwined.

Actually the first crime she committed was having a private server. It was and still is against the law of the office she held. It will be interesting to see if they charge her. Most say she won't be charged, I think her luck has run out. I hope she is charged. I would dislike seeing her win the presidency with her history of thinking she is above the law.

It is seeming increasingly obvious that Clinton violated not only the rules of the State Department at the time but also the basic security procedures concerning email and handling of classified information. Hillary believes she is above the law, so she plays by her own rules. Her lawyerly responses in defense of her email use are no longer able to trick the American people, They are finally waking up to the fact that she is not just untrustworthy, she is actually dangerous for the future security of our country. Her inability to be real and forthcoming is the reason Bernie Sanders is nipping right at her heels. Read my latest HUB here: http://hubpages.com/politics/Inspector- … y-Clinton. It is very refreshing and somewhat encouraging to see the inspector general finally come out and say that Clinton directly violated the rules and procedures at the time. She should have asked State about the email and server, but she did not. If she did, they would have said no. The truth will continue to seep out as more depositions are scheduled and multiple investigations plod forward.

Things are getting whitewashed by Hillary and her media-dogs on a leash.  Its getting watered down. Criminal Violation vs Rule Violation, etc.

CNN did a fairly job on reporting on the Powell and Rice excuse Hillary is trying to use, and they are sticking up for themselves against Clinton's mishandling of State Department documents and the use of a personal email server and much more.

It is amazing the details that Hillary can remember (even her own lies because she rehearses them so much), but when it comes to remembering something that would have to be proven or disproved in a court of law she says, "I don't remember."  You can't prove or disprove something someone says they don't remember.   She has been trained very well, and knows how the law works.

LOL, no.  Are you happy about The Donald's ability to change his mind at the flip of a switch and dismiss his earlier statements as "suggestions"?  Or, "just kidding"?  That one is exceptionally representative of his character.  My son used to say that after he said something insulting or obnoxious and was about to get in trouble.  He grew out of it, though.

This is the guy who wants to lead us and represent our great country on the world stage.  Are you questioning the accuracy of my statements about Sir Flipsalot?  Or, are you offended that I have given him a nickname?  I thought you Trump supporters loved nicknames.  It's so endearing when The Orange One refers to Elizabeth Warren as Pocahontas, right?  Or, calls Senator Sanders Crazy Bernie?  And what about loser, moron, or dummy?  Those are rather bland, don't you think?  I'm surprised a resourceful businessman such as he even uses such banal monikers.  Maybe he's just tired of coming up with names for everyone.  Poor Donald, so busy tweeting, he's running out of words to disparage people.

Anyway, just thought I'd join the Donald School of Public Relations.  After all, he is a successful businessman who can do anything better than anyone.  Just ask him and he'll tell you!

Hillary Clinton violated Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code that states, it is unlawful to send of store classified information on personal email.

Also, she is in violation of Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration requirements.

It was clearly a violation of the law according to some attornies, but it is getting whitewashed to a violation of a rule by Democrats.  The corruption is on many levels in the secret society on both sides of the fence where there are secret societies inside of secret societies...  Insiders and whistle blowers say that things get done through bribes and blackmail much of the time.  Lots of money is involved with the rich and powerful.

Wikileaks unveiled what it believes may be the FBI’s “smoking gun” in its case against Hillary.  She has been very careful to make it clear that she never purposefully and intentionally “stripped” confidential data in order to send it through her unsecured server as such an act would imply not only a breach of email retention policy, but a willful abuse of confidential documents.

"The reason Loretta Lynch will not put it in the grand jury ... is because Barack Obama was communicating with Hillary Clinton on at least 18 emails, and if Hillary Clinton is indicted then she will call Barack Obama as a witness ..." – Judge Jeanine Pirro on the Clinton email issue

That is exactly what I have been thinking, and the Obama could be implicated.

After Obama's endorsement of Hillary Clinton, it's clear that Clinton won't be indicted of any charges, but Judge Jeanine has called for a special prosecutor to head up the investigation.

"You've got a woman running for president saying 'I didn't do anything wrong.' Well, yes you did. We've got proof of it!," said Judge Jeanine.

Hillary ISN'T going to be indicted because President Obama has ENDORSED her as president of the Democratic Party.  By the endorsement, President Obama might as well have stated that Hillary is innocent of all accusations therein.   So unless Donald Trump becomes president, Hillary will NEVER be indicted.  Next......

Judge Jeanine Pirro, smart political analyst by the way, maintained that Hillary Clinton is guilty.  Other pundits have stated that same thing.  However, Hillary is a political insider & won't be touched.   Everyone knows this.  Hillary is a very powerful woman w/allies.  If she didn't have allies, she would not have gotten this far in the Democratic presidential race.   The powers that be behind Hillary aren't about to let her get indicted.  President Obama has given Hillary Clinton his imprimatur as far as presidency goes.

So all those people who are calling for an indictment- isn't going to happen....UNLESS  Donald Trump is elected as president.  So the people who are stating that Hillary is guilty is being ignored for the most point.  All their political lamentations are falling upon deaf ears.

I'm an optimist, and I'm still listening to good law abiding Americans that know Hillary is guilty according to the evidence.  The president has a conflict because some of those Top Secret emails sent to Hillary were sent from Obama.  How could he not have known where he was sending State Secrets to a non-secure email, that was hacked?

Obama told the Attorney General not to touch the case. Maybe the FBI won't indict, but maybe they will, if they do, Hillary will be prosecuted. I'm hoping for justice!

The FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server is “criminal” in nature, U.S. District Court judge Emmet Sullivan said in a court filing on Tuesday.

Sullivan was responding to a plea from attorneys for former State Department information technology specialist Bryan Pagliano who asked that details of an immunity deal he made with the FBI to discuss Clinton’s server be kept secret.

“The privacy interests at stake are high because the government’s criminal investigation through which Mr. Pagliano received limited immunity is ongoing and confidential,” Sullivan wrote in the new order.“In the Court’s opinion, the need for public access to Mr. Pagliano’s agreement with the government is minimal. Mr. Pagliano’s immunity agreement has not previously been disclosed. Mr. Pagliano and the government object to disclosure of the immunity agreement,” the judge added.

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the State Department to produce the e-mail records of Hillary Clinton’s scheduler during her tenure as secretary of state, expanding an investigation being pursued by conservative nonprofit Citizens United into the overlap between Clinton’s official travel and her meetings with foreign Clinton Foundation donors.

Citizens United is slated to receive all e-mails sent to and from Lona Valmoro, Clinton’s State Department scheduler, in the two-week periods before each of 14 international trips Clinton took during her four years in office. David Bossie, president of Citizens United, hopes to confirm suspicions that Clinton maintained an off-the-books schedule, meeting with Clinton Foundation donors on the taxpayer’s dime.

Her comments provided new insights into the highly unusual decision by the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate to operate a private email server in her basement to conduct government business as secretary of state.

Abedin also said under oath that she was not aware whether Clinton personally deleted any emails during her tenure as secretary.

Abedin told lawyers for the conservative group Judicial Watch in a deposition Monday that she could not recall whether she or Clinton discussed with any State Department officials Clinton’s use of her server exclusively for government business.

Reportedly, Hillary Clinton's, Wikileaks email shows that she is George Soros' puppet.

SOROS GAVE CLINTON STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO TACKLE ALBANIA UNREST
    https://www.wikileaks.org/clinton-email … 778285.pdf
    Mon Jan 24 16:23:01 2011

    “Dear Hillary,

A serious situation has arisen in Albania which needs urgent attention at senior levels of the US government. You may know that an opposition demonstration in Tirana on Friday resulted in the deaths of three people and the destruction of property. There are serious concerns about further unrest connected to a counter-demonstration to be organized by the governing party on Wednesday and a follow-up event by the opposition two days later to memorialize the victims. The prospect of tens of thousands of people entering the streets in an already inflamed political environment bodes ill for the return of public order and the country's fragile democratic process.

I believe two things need to be done urgently:

    1. Bring the full weight of the international community to bear on Prime Minister Berisha and opposition leader Edi Rama to forestall further public demonstrations and to tone down public pronouncements.

    2. Appoint a senior European official as a mediator.

While I am concerned about the rhetoric being used by both sides, I am particularly worried about the actions of the Prime Minister. There is videotape of National Guard members firing on demonstrators from the roof of the Prime Ministry. The Prosecutor (appointed by the Democratic Party) has issued arrest warrants for the individuals in question.

The Prime Minister had previously accused the opposition of intentionally murdering these activists as a provocation. After the tape came out deputies from his party accused the Prosecutor of planning a coup d'etat in collaboration with the opposition, a charge Mr. Berisha repeated today. No arrests have been made as of this writing.

The demonstration resulted from opposition protests over the conduct of parliamentary elections in 2009. The political environment has deteriorated ever since and is now approaching levels of 1997, when similar issues caused the country to slide into anarchy and violence. There are signs that Edi Rama's control of his own people is slipping, which may lead
    to further violence.

The US and the EU must work in complete harmony over this, but given Albania's European aspirations the EU must take the lead. That is why I suggest appointing a mediator such as Carl Bildt. Martti Ahtisaari or Miroslav Lajcak, all of whom have strong connections to the Balkans.

My foundation in Tirana is monitoring the situation closely and can provide independent analysis of the crisis.

    Thank you,

    George Soros"

Clinton to be questioned under oath on origins of email server

Hillary, said that she set up the server system for convenience, in order to carry just one device for both personal and work-related communications.

After the FBI discovered she used multiple servers and devices, Clinton told investigators she had used private email at the behest of Colin Powell, after the former secretary of state advised her to do so at a 2009 dinner party.

But, Powell has since rejected that statement, and said he has no recollection of the conversation with Clinton. The controversial email system was already in place at the time Clinton said she spoke with Powell.

Hillary Clinton was on the Armies unclassified 'insider security threats' training slide for 18 months, (since the NYT broke the story about her private email server for government use).

Someone had leaked a photo of the slide with Hillary's photo on it, along with Gen. David Petraeus, Maj. Nidal Hasan, Aaron Alexis, Chelsea Manning and Edward Snowden, to reporter Joe Bigs at Infowars.  People were saying, "Oh, that's fake."  Joe was a Sargent in the Army and was very familiar with looking at these kind of slides and knew it was the real deal.

Then, the Army Times removes Hillary Clinton's photo from the slide and announced doing so.

Black Men for Bernie founder Bruce Carter’s mission to restore black communities didn’t end when Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders lost to Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary. He opposed Hillary Clinton and the Democratic establishment then because he knew that they didn’t represent the minority communities he engaged in politics to fight for.

After the leak of internal DNC emails, Carter is convinced that the Democratic Party “rigged” the primary against his candidate and that Hillary Clinton’s Democratic Party has no intention of changing the policies that led to the destruction of the communities he’s working to improve.

Bruce Carter still believes that Hillary Clinton is the poster child for the kind of cronyism, corruption, and evil that the Bernie revolution was built to overthrow. He doesn’t believe Hillary Clinton when she labels Donald Trump and his supporters as racists because he knows she falsely labeled her opponents in the primary as sexist “Bernie Bros.”

Carter’s preparing to take the experience, knowledge, and contacts his group built during the primary to campaign against Hillary Clinton and for Donald Trump and other Republicans in battleground states across the country.

President Obama’s senior adviser Valerie Jarrett leaked to the press details of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email address during her time as secretary of state, sources tell me.

But she did so through people outside the administration, so the story couldn’t be traced to her or the White House.

In addition, at Jarrett’s behest, the State Department was ordered to launch a series of investigations into Hillary’s conduct at Foggy Bottom, including the use of her expense account, the disbursement of funds, her contact with foreign leaders and her possible collusion with the Clinton Foundation.

HOUSE PANEL HOLDS CLINTON IT AIDE IN CONTEMPT
Clinton reportedly paid IT specialist out of pocket to operate private server in her basement
    http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/article/2602551/

Members of the House Oversight Committee voted Thursday to hold Hillary Clinton’s former IT aide in contempt of Congress over his refusal to comply with a subpoena for documents and testimony.

Bryan Pagliano, the aide who set up Clinton’s private email server, failed to appear before the committee on Sept. 13 and declined to provide a copy of the immunity agreement given to him by the Justice Department during the year-long FBI investigation of Clinton’s email network.

“Subpoenas are not optional,” said Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the Oversight Committee, at a hearing Thursday to consider Pagliano’s fate.

Pretty sure Bryan Pagliano is getting paid very well, millions, to keep his mouth shut.  The alternative would be he committed suicide by placing two bullets in the back of his own head.

We have decided not to press charges. This is not meant to imply that another person in the same situation would not be charged, but we feel the evidence doesn't warrant further investigation.'

FBI Director James Comey needs to resign or be impeached.

FBI Director James Comey has broken the sacred trust of the American people.

He conducted a faux investigation into the State Department email scandal in which dozens of confidential and top-secret emails passing through an unsecured, private server put our national security at risk.

He handed out immunity deals to most of the major players involved in the investigation.  He ignored evidence to protect the Clinton Team from prosecution. He put President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton’s political legacy ahead of the law.

He made secret deals to destroy evidence, thwarting congressional subpoenas. That’s called obstruction of justice. It’s a crime. James Comey violated the law. He violated his oath of office. It’s corruption at the highest level.

Unfortunately, Comey was but a pawn in the political machine that is far more powerful than he will ever be - whatever he might have recommended is irrelevant as the "fix" was in at a far higher level than he operates at.  He was also correct in that Clinton should not be tried as there isn't a chance in hell that 12 randomly chosen jurors would ever vote to convict her, regardless of what she did or what the evidence is.  A waste of time and money, in other words.

That's what I think also, as things stand.  That can all change with Trump as president.  He told her to face she would be in jail.  Brass!  Comey and Lynch have ties to the Clintons, the history of shadiness has just been revealed to many because of the email bust.

“Today’s report that Clinton’s campaign was in communication with the Obama Department of Justice on the email investigation shows a level of collusion which calls into question the entire investigation into her private server. The Department of Justice must release all communications with the Clinton campaign and her allies as soon as possible in order to definitively prove their investigation was completely above board.” – Jason Miller, Senior Communications Advisor
