Dr. Stephen Hawking, eminent astrophysicist, indicated that if human populations keep increasing, the earth will combust due to use of resources by the year 2060.  Your thoughts?

Stephen Hawking is a brilliant scientist, but I think he's wrong about the earth combusting  by 2060. I think it will combust at least a decade earlier.

IMHO there will be a global population crash, although have no idea when that will be.
Climate change, CO2 - meah, lack of oxygen, yup.

O2 Dropping Faster than CO2 Rising, Even a Pandemic Wouldn't Create a 'Sustainable' Population.

Due to Reptilian Brain problems, there is no future other than humans regressing to animals - possibly ending up eating each other, perhaps that is why zombie movies are so popular, we all know it's going to happen so we lie to ourselves, we make movies about ex-humans so don't feel guilty double-tapping them.

Look at Easter Island. That is human future. It's already here.

"A man in South Hwanghae, North Korea was put to death by firing squad after it was learned he had eaten his two children, the Sunday Times reported, citing a story in the Asia Press. "

Thank you Para, my mistake.  I was half asleep when I typed the post, thank you again. By 2600, hopefully humans have colonized other planets.
