    We'll I think he'd love to, but the Constitution requires all treaties to be ratified by Congress.  But then again, the Constitution also doesn't allow our government to sign away sovereignty... 

    The way things are going nowadays, it seems anything is possible.  The government seizing control of banks, auto-makers and now they want our hospitals and clinics.  All of that is unconstitutional...

    I wish we had a Supreme Court that protected the Constitution like it is supposed to...
