I would say i act different depending on who I am around. I can be introverted by some and seem more extrovert from others...
If one is truly being themselves, it should not be difficult at all, In fact it should be downright subconsious behavior that requires little consideration. Now, if someone is attempting to be who they are not, basically living a lie, then it becomes more difficult with each passing day as the lie gets more and more complicated and the person has difficult remembering what he told who and how.
