What keeps you awake at night?
If you sleep like a baby, you don't have to answer
Monster drinks, a dreadful next day, and the wife. All cured with a tylenol pm.
I just find it hard to shut off. There's always something on my mind. How I wish I could sleep like a baby. lol
Coffee for sure
It could be a horror movie too but only during my younger days
The voices in my head from birth have always made me think I would miss something if I slept,and though I know for the most part they have always been wrong I remain hooked on the what might have been factor.
mostly my own brain chatter. financial worries are a recurring topic circulating in my head (i'm currently unemployed). i also wonder if i'm doing a good job raising my son and most of the time decide that i'm not...
Always on the go, and then I have to much energy to sleep. My thoughts are across the board.
Hmm, the only thing that keeps me up at night is a good movie or a good video game, this is not counting problems...like if my dad is not feeling ok, monetary problems, college etc.
