    I would have to say the differences are not that great but the things that come to mind are: The Border;  The Climate; and The Money.  Did I come close?  WB

    Not sure I know enough about Canada to give a dependable answer, but...

    Correct me if I'm wrong, Canada is of primarily French origin, as opposed to the U.S. being primarily English, right?

    The "melting pot" effect of the U.S. that's historically kind of blended the cultures of multiple regions of the world.

    Thanks to duking it out with the Soviet Union for 40-50 years in the "cold war", we've invested trillions in military technology that has had the unfortunate side effect of making us NATO and the U.N.'s "muscle", just to have it thrown back in our face and be accused of being "imperialistic".
