Why is a parent consent form required for a field trip, but not for an abortion or birth control?
I can't not answer this........but I can assure you, that you are not the first to ask this question!!!!
Years ago, I cried out...............why can you give my 6th grader birth control and not give my 2nd grader a tylenol, WHEN I am on the phone asking you to do just that!
It's is a messed up and confusing world that we parents navigate. How can we lead our young through it?
Because that is just how messed up and backwards this country is. In the store, you can easily tear open a DVD package and steal the disc out of it and yet a wife beater tank top has one of those little alarms attached to it to keep people from walking out of the store wearing it.
