Is Welfare really necessary?
Is welfare worth the problems it creates? Does it really help those that are truly in need? Or are there better ways that we could help those who truly need help, and help enable others who think they are in that much need?
Yes. Violence is the ultimate solution to any problem. That is not to say that it is the best solution but effective none the less. Adolf Hitler is a perfect example of how warfare solved the problem at hand. I believe diplomacy is the best option with warfare as being a last resort.
What a selfish question, of course not for those who abuse this service. Quit your job and try surving on the pennies they offer.
