What are the consequences of making an unfounded accussation?
How do you know that an appology won't be taken as an admission by a court, of some intention to cause harm when perhaps there wasn't any such intention. And on the other hand would it be possible to prove that the person who says they feel slighted may be trying to use the laws as a weapon seeking to win a war/"mind game"?
An unfounded accusation definitely leads a person to build a negative state of mind. Hardly, one can be sporting and take it in his stride. Grudge, lack of confidence, revenge, desperation and what not all this negativity fills the accused personality.
I feel, we should be very careful regarding this or else a life gets ruined. We cannot give life to anybody and so we have no right to ruin one. Must be a responsible citizen but it often happens and we find petty to big criminals, suppressed beings and very disoriented persons around us. It is actually very sad.
