    If,you consider jail "home".Some do!

    It's better than being out in the cold in winter freezing and  burning down abandoned buildings in the process of trying to stay warm.

    I agree with someonewhoknows.  I would think that if the person is jailed, he would escape the harsh winter and wondering where his next meal is coming from. I wrote a hub about homeless people and their daily struggles. Everyone is entitled to food, warmth and a roof over their heads. Some people don't choose to be homeless, and do commit crimes in order to have food and shelter, its sad really.
