Do health spas need more strict regulations?

    Do health spas need more strict regulations?

    people have died at or because of health spas, do we need more regulations or should people be allowed to just use them at their own risk?

    My opinion is that health spas should be inspected for health risks.  I have seen some very unclean conditions at many of the spas that I have used over the years.

      I feel lucky that I have never been sick from using some of those whirlpool baths.  Some common sense needs to be taken by the users as well.  If the area is dirty, leave and go home.  A complaint to the management is a good idea too.

    I haven't been to a spa for a few years now, but I do believe that they should be inspected on a regular basis to ensure that they are meeting standards and regulations.
