How much money does one have to make in a year to be considered "rich"?
The only person that knows the answer to that question is Obama. Good luck finding that out *laughing*.
Depends on which country you live in. Even the bottom 12% - the poorest in USA is still top 12% worldwide. But the immortal 'persons', (corporations) will soon fix that by lowering standard of those living in the US
That really depends on where you live. Cost of living variances would make that amount different.
Anyone who does not have to work at a job to raise a family, yet can still maintain a standard of living in the top 5% range, is considered rich in my book.
