What social issue do you want your government to focus on?

With all the issues worthy of discussion, which one do you think should the government focus on.

Why we allow the Falkland Islanders to be constantly attacked on facebook etc, by Argentine nationals.

I want my government to get out of them, leaving society free to deal with society's issues rather than forcing social schemes onto society through manipulable, fallible political institutions inevitably controlled by factions that happen to hold power at the moment rather than by society at large.

I want to see my government make the law stricter. I live in Iceland and here a man will go to jail for murder and only stay in there for a few years about 1 year too 5 years.

I would love to see our government (US) focus on LGBT rights.

Personally, I do not want government, at any level, to "focus" on any social problem.

I believe that it is up to "We, The People" to "focus" on the social problems that exist in the U.S., including homelessness, teen pregnancy, criminal behavior by minors, security issues in the public schools, and I could go on.

It is time for the people of America to undertake a bold new movement based entirely on high degrees of volunteerism, self-reliance, self-determination and community/neighborhood initiatives to address local social problems.

In my opinion, government never has been, and never will be, able to effectively address America's social ills.

And I believe that proof of that is the fact that our society is plagued by as many social ills as it is today -- even though during a period spanning many decades, government has been carrying out a huge number of programs to address social problems.

I would like to see the government dig in and deal with the problems that surround the juvenile justice system in the US.
