“We” did not go wrong. The world contains many sick people and many, many more guns. Combine the two and you have the theater shooting in Aurora and the Sikh Temple massacre in Milwaukee. It is likely to happen again unless our society finds a way to reduce the number of sick people or to curtail the number of guns.

It is heartbreaking
and not sure how one would tackle such a problem. I'd think, maybe somebody in mental healthcare, should be noted to the police? and checked to see if they own a gun but then, removing their constitutional right becomes a issue 
definitely something to be examined though. Blessings and prayers to those affected.Word does go around about a civilisation falling does start from within and most likely, from the top
